The promoter of the Curious Llama Monthly Gift Card Giveaway is Curious Llama, with registered office at PO Box 3231, Mentone East, Victoria, Australia, 3194 (the “Promoter”).

The Promotion begins on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59 pm AEDT (the “Promotion Period”).

To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must subscribe to the Promoter’s newsletter using a valid email address. Only one entry per email address is allowed.

The monthly prize consists of a $50 Curious Llama Stationery Gift Card (the “Gift Card”). The Gift Card is valid for use within the next 30 days from the date of issuance. It is not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of the Gift Card will be forfeited. The Gift Card is redeemable on any stationery items offered by Curious Llama, excluding Design services and shipping charges.

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within five (5) business days after the end of each month. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.

The winner’s name may be announced on the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, or other marketing channels. By entering this Promotion, the winner consents to the use of their name for promotional purposes.

The winner must respond to the winner notification email within seven (7) days of receipt and provide any additional information requested by the Promoter to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe or fails to meet any eligibility requirements, the Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

Personal information collected during the entry process will be used and stored in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters related to the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, is final and binding.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or resulting from participation in the Promotion or the use of the Gift Card.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
